VLADIVOSTOK, September 3 (RIA Novosti) - The crew of the Russian hydrometeorological vessel Professor Molchanov, detained by Norway on Spitsbergen, are safe, Russian Minister for the Development of the Far East and Arctic Alexey Chekunkov said at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF).
