MOSCOW, September 2 (RIA Novosti) - About 10,000 voters from 12 Russian regions have cast early ballots ahead of the September parliamentary elections, Central Election Commission chairwoman Ella Pamfilova said on Wednesday. "A total of 9,929 voters have already cast their ballots early, of whom 7,314 voted at polling stations set up in hard-to-reach and remote areas, while 2,615 voted on ships that will be at sea on Election Day," Pamfilova said......
