Arctic Council Facing Severe Crisis, in 'Frozen' State Due to Actions of West - Lavrov

MOSCOW, August 31 (RIA Novosti) - The Arctic Council is experiencing a severe crisis and remains in a "frozen" state due to the actions of Western nations, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an article published on the ria.ru website. "Since March 2022, as a result of actions by its Western member states, its work has effectively been frozen, leaving the organisation in a severe crisis," the minister said in the article for the Arctic......
