MOSCOW, August 29 (RIA Novosti) - More than 930 people linked to Nepalese hydropower facilities have gone missing after a devastating flood hit northern Nepal, the Kathmandu Post reported on Saturday, citing the Independent Power Producers' Association of Nepal (IPPAN). The Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation said that 350 people had been rescued from hydropower facilities. The exact number of people stranded there remains unclear,......
