SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 26 (Xinhua) -- Four people were killed after a small plane crashed into waters near the coastal town of Seldovia in the U.S. state of Alaska on Wednesday, the Alaska Department of Public Safety said. Alaska State Troopers were notified of the crash at about 1:18 p.m. local time (2118 GMT), according to the department.
