WASHINGTON, August 26 (RIA Novosti) - US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) chief Gen. Francis Donovan on Wednesday praised Ecuadorian law enforcement for operations it conducted against the Los Choneros and Los Lobos, groups designated as terrorist organizations in the United States.
