European Council President Admits EU Not Caring for Neutrality on Ukraine

MOSCOW, August 24 (RIA Novosti) - European Council President Antonio Costa admitted on Monday that the EU is not striving to maintain neutrality when it comes to the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. "We are not neutral. We are supporters of Ukraine," Costa said while speaking in Kiev.
