ISTANBUL, August 24 (RIA Novosti) - International Energy Agency (IEA) member countries are ready to release additional oil reserves, IEA Executive Director Fatih Birol said. In March, IEA members released 400 million barrels of oil from their emergency stocks due to supply disruptions related to the situation in the Persian Gulf.
