MOSCOW, August 24 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian attempts to block Russian cities by severing logistic chains and attacking civilian targets are a crime, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik told RIA Novosti.
