MOSCOW, August 24 (RIA Novosti) - Russian forces hit a tanker delivering fuel and lubricants for the purposes of the Ukrainian forces, as well as five fuel tanks in the the port of Yuzhny (Yuzhnyi) in the Odessa (Odesa) region, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday.
