Libya's Presidential Council refers UN reports on illegal oil exports to prosecutor

TRIPOLI, Aug. 24 (Xinhua) -- Libya's Presidential Council Chairman Mohamed al-Menfi has referred United Nations reports on oil smuggling and illegal exports to the country's Prosecutor General Al-Siddiq Al-Sour for investigation, according to an official statement released Sunday.
