MOSCOW, August 23 (RIA Novosti) - Italian oil and gas company Eni plans to open a commercial fusion power plant in Europe by the 2040s or earlier, the Financial Times reported on Sunday, citing Francesca Ferrazza, head of the company's magnetic fusion initiatives.
