World 100m champion Oblique Seville blasted to a meet record of 9.83 seconds for victory at the Silesia Diamond League on Sunday. There might not have been Olympic sprint champions Noah Lyles or Letsile Tebogo, but the field for the blue riband event was incredibly deep.
