Home rider Jasper Philipsen powered to overall victory in the Renewi Tour by winning his third stage of the race in Belgium on Sunday. The 28-year-old, a former winner of the Tour de France points classification, was too strong for Italian Luca Mozzato and the Netherlands' Mike Teunissen at the end of the fifth and final stage around Leuven.
