WASHINGTON, August 21 (RIA Novosti) - US Army Secretary Dan Driscoll is expected to leave his post by year-end, The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, citing sources. Driscoll may step down sooner, which would leave the Army without a Senate-confirmed official, the report added.
