WASHINGTON, August 19 (RIA Novosti) - Miami, Florida has felt a record-breaking wave of heat, with local temperatures exceeding (100°F (37°C), CBS News has reported. The city has not seen such a heatwave in nearly 85 years, the report said on Tuesday, with the 37°C benchmark not being surpassed since July 21, 1942.
