(Adds background in paras 4-5) DUBAI, August 14 (RIA Novosti) - The UAE has allocated $10 million in urgent humanitarian aid to those affected by an earthquake in Colombia, Emirati news agency WAM reported. The aid was provided through the UAE Aid Agency, the report said.
