Russian strikes killed at least one person and wounded 15 others in Ukraine's eastern city of Kramatorsk, authorities said Thursday. More than four years after the start of Russia's large-scale offensive against Ukraine, the two warring countries are ramping up long-range strikes, causing a growing number of civilian casualties.
