France Issues Orange Heat Alert for 80 Departments

MOSCOW, August 13 (RIA Novosti) - The French national meteorological service, Meteo-France, has issued the second-highest heat warning for 80 mainland departments for Friday. "Friday, August 14, 2026: orange heat alert in 80 departments," the statement read on Thursday.
