3 Ukrainian grain-exporting ports halt operations after Russian attacks

KIEV, Aug. 10 (Xinhua) -- Three Ukrainian deep-water ports handling 90 percent of the country's agricultural exports have halted operations after Russian attacks, Ukraine's Agriculture Ministry said Monday. The ministry said Russia has carried out at least 180 attacks on port infrastructure in the Greater Odesa area since the beginning of 2026.
