MOSCOW, August 5 (RIA Novosti) - Finland's withdrawal from the Ottawa Convention banning anti-personnel mines is a provocation, former Finnish member of parliament Ano Turtiainen, founder of the Power Belongs to the People party, told RIA Novosti.
