MOSCOW, August 4 (RIA Novosti) - All parties to the conflict must do everything possible to prevent civilian casualties, spokesperson of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) Marta Hurtado told RIA Novosti on Tuesday.
