MOSCOW, August 4 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian armed forces have de-energized industrial facilities operating in the interests of the armed forces of Ukraine with Geranium drone strikes on electrical substations in the Sumy region, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.
