NASA to Invite Roscosmos Officials to Crew-13 Launch - Deputy Associate Administrator

WASHINGTON, August 3 (RIA Novosti) - The United States will invite representatives of Russian space corporation Roscosmos to the launch of the SpaceX Crew-13 mission to the International Space Station (ISS), NASA Deputy Associate Administrator Joel Montalbano said on Monday.
