Mayor-President of Spanish Enclave Melilla Calls for Neutral Zone at Moroccan Border

MOSCOW, August 3 (RIA Novosti) - Mayor-President of Spain's North African enclave of Melilla Juan Jose Imbroda Ortiz called on Monday for Morocco to establish a 500-meter (0.3 mile) neutral zone on the border with Ceuta and Melilla amid the migrant crisis in Ceuta. "We must demand that Morocco reclaim this 500-meter neutral zone," Imbroda told reporters. After what happened in Ceuta, Spain must assess the situation and move on to making demand......
