MOSCOW, August 3 (RIA Novosti) - Cuba’s national power grid went offline at midnight, the national electric power company Union Electrica (UNE) said. "22:43 p.m. [02:43 GMT], a total disconnection of the National Electric Power System occurs," the company said in a post on X late on Sunday.
