Algerian prosecutors on Sunday concluded that the driver of a bus that fell into a ravine, killing 28 people this week, was under the influence of drugs. The preliminary findings of an investigation by the public prosector's office in Boumerdes, near the site of the crash, concluded that the accident occurred while the driver was under the influence of narcotics as well as two pills of psychotropic substances found in his pocket.
