Hungarian Oil, Gas MOL to Acquire Shell's Cyprus Subsidiary for $720Mln - Company

MOSCOW, July 31 (RIA Novosti) - Hungarian oil and gas company MOL Group said on Friday it had signed an agreement with the UK's Shell to acquire BG Cyprus Limited for $720 million. "MOL Group has signed an agreement with Shell to acquire BG Cyprus Ltd., their 100% subsidiary which holds a 35% non-operated interest in the Cyprus Offshore Block 12 containing the Aphrodite gas field in the eastern Mediterranean," the company said in a statement​​​.......
