MOSCOW, July 31 (RIA Novosti) - Grigore Gacikevici, former chairman of Moldova's Banca de Economii, has been sentenced to 13 years in prison for his role in siphoning $1 billion out of the country through the issuance of bad loans, the Moldovan Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office said.
