MOSCOW, July 24 (RIA Novosti) - UK Defense Secretary Wes Streeting said on Friday that he held his first phone call with acting Ukrainian Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara. On Tuesday, new UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham appointed former Health Secretary Streeting as the new defense secretary.
