Venezuela to Withdraw From International Criminal Court - Foreign Minister

WASHINGTON, July 24 (RIA Novosti) - Venezuela has initiated formal procedures to withdraw from the International Criminal Court (ICC), Foreign Minister Felix Plasencia Gonzalez said on Friday.
