Wall Street stocks were little changed early Friday as markets greeted a pullback in oil prices while digesting a new US tariff announcement. After surging above $100 a barrel on Thursday following tanker attacks, Brent oil futures retreated back under that level as vessels carrying Saudi crude progressed towards their destination.
