MOSCOW, July 22 (RIA Novosti) - The European Union's plan to phase out telecommunications equipment from Chinese companies such as Huawei and ZTE could cost the bloc up to to 40 billion euros ($45.6 billion), GSMA, a global trade body representing the telecom industry, said in a report published on Wednesday.
