MOSCOW, July 21 (RIA Novosti) - The Irish government has announced a ban on electric scooters for minors under 18 and a possible complete ban on their sale. "It was agreed that high-visibility jackets and helmets will be mandatory for all e-scooter use, and the ban will be extended to under-18s.
