Vietnam targets 100 pct publication of new legal documents on national legal website

HANOI, July 14 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam aims to publish 100 percent of newly issued legal documents and consolidated legal documents on its National Legal Portal, an official government legal information website, the Vietnam News Agency reported Tuesday.
