BUENOS AIRES, July 14 (RIA Novosti) - Brazil will send 48 tonnes of milk powder to Cuba as humanitarian aid, the presidential office said. "On Monday, the Brazilian government launched the delivery of 48 tonnes of milk powder as humanitarian aid to Cuba to help address the country's acute food shortage," the office said in a statement on Monday.
