Russia to Continue Promoting Initiative to Prevent Arms Race in Space - Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW, July 10 (RIA Novosti) - Russia will continue promoting an initiative on No First Placement of Weapons in Outer Space (NFP) to prevent an arms race in space, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Friday. "Our country intends to continue making every effort to promote the NFP initiative as a measure aimed at keeping outer space free from all types of weapons," the ministry said in a statement following a thematic seminar held on the sideline......
