WINDHOEK, 07 JUL (NAMPA) – Bank Windhoek has appointed Nangula Uaandja to its board as an independent non-executive director.
The bank in a media statement said Uaandja has more than 20 years of leadership experience in auditing, corporate governance, investment promotion and strategic transformation.
Board Chairperson Johan Swanepoel said her appointment would enhance the board's governance and strategic oversight.
