Max Verstappen warned his Red Bull team that faults on his car are "getting very dangerous for me" after he crashed out of Sunday's British Grand Prix. It was his second high-speed crash, caused by problems with his Red Bull's rear wing, in successive weekends following a similar accident in practice in Austria.
