MOSCOW, July 4 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine believed the fortified area in the city of Konstantinovka (also known as Kostyantynivka) in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) was inaccessible, but Russian forces proved otherwise, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Saturday.
