London (PA Media/dpa) - Former Wimbledon champion Henry Patten has labelled the ATP elitist and shambolic over proposed changes to doubles. A plan was presented to the ATP Player Council earlier this week that would see the doubles draws on the men's tour halved from 2028 and prize money also reduced by 50% and given to singles players.
