UK economic growth confirmed at 0.6% in Q1, 2025 growth weaker

London (PA Media/dpa) - UK economic growth has been confirmed at 0.6% for the first three months of 2026, but was weaker than first thought at the end of last year, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS) on Tuesday. The ONS left growth unrevised for the first quarter of this year, but said gross domestic product (GDP) grew by a revised 0.1% at the end of 2025, against the 0.2% previously recorded.
