EU Refrains From Commenting on Vucic Resignation, Says Serbian People Must Decide

MOSCOW, June 29 (RIA Novosti) - The European Commission on Monday declined to comment on Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's decision to resign, stating that it is domestic policy matter. "We are following the situation in Serbia, but here it is not for us to comment because we are talking about domestic political developments," Commission spokesperson Guillaume Mercier said at a midday press briefing.
