MOSCOW, June 28 (RIA Novosti) - Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom will not send Russian specialists back to Iran's Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant until their safety is 100% guaranteed, the head of the state corporation, Alexey Likhachev, said on Sunday.
