MOSCOW, June 19 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Central Bank estimates the growth of Russian economy in January-April at 0.3%, and expects the growth rate of 0.5% at the end of the first half of the year, Governor Elvira Nabiullina said on Friday​​​.
