Ukraine's EU Accession Process Must Be Merit-Based - Swedish Foreign Minister

MOSCOW, June 15 (RIA Novosti) - The process of Ukraine's accession to the European Union must remain merit-based, Swedish Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard said on Monday. "We need to make sure that work ahead speeds up but it's always merit-based.
