Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Monday that two Russian drones "deliberately" targeted Kyiv's monastery quarter in a mass overnight barrage that set the UNESCO-listed Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra site ablaze and killed 11 across the country.
