MOSCOW, June 13 (RIA Novosti) - The initial public offering (IPO) of the German-French defense company KNDS, which produces Leopard 2 tanks, may fail to take place due to disagreements between the German government and KNDS, Der Spiegel newspaper reported on Saturday, citing sources.
