YEREVAN, June 8 (RIA Novosti) - Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's Civil Contract party has garnered less than the 50% in the parliamentary elections, a threshold needed to form a government unilaterally, according to the Central Election Commission (CEC) data after processing 68% of the ballots.
