BUENOS AIRES, June 8 (RIA Novosti) - Right-wing candidate Keiko Fujimori is winning the presidential runoff in Peru, according to the preliminary results with almost 13% of the votes counted. She received 52.5% of the vote, while her rival, left-wing candidate Roberto Sunchez, received 47.5%. This is Fujimori's fourth attempt to become president.
